- Every plugin is tested with WordPress up to 7.1.
- A paid add-on needs its free plugin installed first.
- Use a website address that starts with https://. Browsers only allow offline selling and the camera on secure websites.
The till
The till runs in a web browser, so there is nothing to install on the counter.
- A device: an Android tablet, an iPad, a laptop or a phone.
- A login: each person at the till signs in with their own WordPress account. Their role must allow them to use the till.
- A barcode scanner (optional): any USB or Bluetooth scanner that types like a keyboard.
- The phone camera as a scanner (optional): works where the browser supports it. If it does not, the till simply hides the camera button.
- A receipt printer (optional): receipts print through the browser's print window, to any printer the device can print to.
- A cash drawer: the till does not open it automatically, so open it by hand.
